Case Study

 

Situation:

  • This 36-hole semi-private club was purchased out of bankruptcy in 2014 by a group of members

  • The club had lost a substantial number of members, was operating at a significant cash flow deficit and faced material deferred maintenance issues

 

Solution:

  • Hired Arnold Palmer Golf Management under a long-term management agreement

  • Restructured the Club to operate solely on behalf of the members

  • Established a viable operating model that featured revenue generation strategies and much needed cost efficiencies

  • Added over 400 Golf Members in the first year

  • Working with the Owners and HOA on a long-range workout and sustainability plan
